I have attached some screenshots of what happens when I followed the steps you provided. It seems that I cannot replicate this. Could you provide the screenshots that you offered.

Ah I see. I’m going to review the server logs and see if there was a correlation with the time that you experienced this behavior and any potential server anomalies. Do you have a approx time that this occurred or time frame?

Great suggestion! We are thinking along the same lines. In fact, the next build contains an update to the Student/Prospect/Community/Buyers lists that includes a sticky header and scroll bar. I think this will be a great enhancement that you’ll enjoy.

If that is the case, there is a new version of the ‘lists’ in ATLAS coming out shortly that may address this problem. We’ll keep you informed of the progress.

Sorry you are having an issue with the student list.
However, I’m not able to recreate this. When I change the rank for a student following your steps and close the modal the rank does update.
One suggestion is clearing the browser cache. This usually corrects seemingly random app errors.

When I looked into the account I saw two transactions. The first was labeled as down payment and taken out on the 16th @2:11pm EST. down payments are setup when you create the agreement and process immediately. The second was labeled as a regular payment and was manually taken out on the 18th @ 9:02am EST.
As far as the her account being past due. I believe when you created the agreement on Saturday the 16th and put her first payment the day before, she inherently became ‘past due’ since the first payment wasn’t applied until Monday. This means, according to the agreement, she was charged a $20 late fee. As far as why the late fee is not displaying I will check for you on that and get back soonest.

I have replicated the behavior as you described.
The ability to save your ‘settings’ is in the development road map. This will solve the problem you are describing as well as other such as keeping the student list filtered when you hit the back button from a profile.
