Just a follow up on this, I checked Atlas today to see if the two appointment reminders went out to my prospect for her Saturday appointment. I do not see any being sent to her. I had it set to send one appointment reminder at 11 am the day before and one appointment reminder at 9am the day of. I don’t see either one being sent to her. I looked in the old comm hub, the new message center under Atlas labs “sent” and in her timeline.

ParticipantI see the emails and texts I send out there but I don’t see any of the automated appointment reminders going out nor do I see any of the automated marketing campaign emails going out. How do I see that?

I’m not sure what you mean by “Automation name”. The program interested in was the Shaolin program. I can email you person’s name and if you go to her timeline you can see what was sent to her. After I entered the appointment in on the 20th the system sent her two “Did I Miss Your Call” emails in addition to the two appointment reminders I have the automated system scheduled to send.

ParticipantI am experiencing a similar problem with exporting. I have to export because my student list will not sort by rank like it used to. Now when I export and try and sort the list myself by rank I have to delete all the other information Atlas is putting in the rank field which happens to be extra stuff ( style name, tip information, parenthesis) that is not in my rank field under school set up. Extremely time consuming.
