Interestingly, if you look at the “Prospects” widget on the dashboard, and click that link, you’ll see the list sorted by “Date Created”.
For the “main” list, we’re going to be converting that list the the “new” list structure, so you’ll be able to save whatever layout and filtering you like.
I’m hoping we’ll have that all done relatively soon.

We’re working on a Google Calendar/iCal integration that might solve this as well.

KeymasterThere are currently “Merge fields” (we call them “Wildcards) available in the Marketing Automation system when creating emails there…..However right now, those merge fields are not available in a “1 off” or Batch email you send from the student list for example.
However, it’s in our near term development roadmap to add them “everywhere”.
If that’s not what you’re describing, let me know.
I’ll be sure we let you know when we roll that feature out.

We have a feature on our roadmap for an “Activity” widget, that would show you a general summary of all the activity in the application. This might get you what you’re looking for…but to be clear, are you thinking a place to view notes from ‘all’ your students in one place, or all the notes for ‘1’ student in one place???

KeymasterThere are a couple of features you may want to look at.
#1 – “Notifications”
Go to the dashboard, and click the button in the top right of the screen “Notifications”.
Then, in the box that pops up in the bottom right, click the “manage” link.
Here you can set up ‘manual’ messages for your staff (I like to use this for staff training videos etc…). You can schedule these to ‘recur’ or not. These are mostly for you to communicate tasks etc with your staff.
#2 – “Calendar” Tasks
Similar to the above notifications, you can set tasks and reminders per staff member in the calendar.
#3 – Dashboard Widgets
For ‘missing’ students etc…..currently the dashboard is the control point for this. The A-B-C-MIA List will give you this data.
Currently, there aren’t any “Automations” set for attendance rating etc….BUT, it’s on our near term development roadmap to include some REALLY cool, and robust automatic triggers….INCLUDING some “predictive” notifications when students ‘patterns’ change. Can’t say too much about that now…..but stay tuned….I think you’ll dig it!

Go to the “Report” section, and Search for “Income Report (BETA)”.

KeymasterInteresting. We developed this page using iPad Air 2 as the model.
Landscape mode is definitely a non-starter as the keyboard fills 1/2 of the screen.
But if the portrait mode is too “small”…..if we make the search area and result ‘bigger’ you’ll be able to see even less results…..therefore likely making the initial issue even worse.
Hmmmm…..I’ll have the team take a look at the UI…..but I think I’m hearing 2 mutually exclusive issues here.

We have this on our Development Roadmap already, and we’re planning to add a good few more email and phone options in the near future.

KeymasterIn many cases we’re not able to provide the art files due to licensing restrictions on some of the art work….But, let me know what type of programs you’re running, and I’ll see what we might have that can fit your specific needs.
Keep in mind, when it comes to the “Marketing” of your program, you want to think like a prospect, and in most cases the “traditional” looking images “Pull” best. (ie are the easiest for the ‘un-indoctrinated’ consumer to understand)
Obviously, there are some exceptions….

Yep, we’re planning a much expanded appointment management system in the near future, including the ability to schedule out holidays, etc….
Currently, you have to plan this when you set up your appointment availability “blocks”.
I’ll make sure we keep this suggestion on the list when we expand this functionality.
