KeymasterHey Melinda!
Thanks for the suggestion….could you please clarify what you mean specifically?
I “think” you’re saying that you’d like to see the “Time” added to the datestamp in the “View All Notes” modal window and the Notes widget in the person “Profile” page?
So If you were to click:
Students(Beta)-> Click and Student Name -> Look at Notes Widget (Upper Left Corner of Profile Page) OR -> Click “Notes Group Actions” -> View All Notes
Is this what you’re describing??
Thanks!
Master Toby Milroy
KeymasterYes.
thanks for the feedback!
We are definitely going to add that column. If you take a look at the student “beta” list, you’ll see the type of lists were converting “all” the lists to.
You’ll have all sorts of sorting options!!
I’ll let you know when we roll this out!
Keep the great feedback/ideas coming!!!

KeymasterMike,
Here is a version of what the new template engine will look like.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/mtwzl90s5lerkhw/emailTemplateResp1.zip?dl=0
If you go to send an email, and click the “Source” button in the email editor, you can drop in this HTML code.
THEN click the ‘source’ button again to go back to the WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor, and you can change the content.
We’re going to have LOTS of these templates as we move forward, and a cool gallery to choose them!
Stay tuned!!

KeymasterHey Mike!!
Yes….the “templates” that you are using are a “legacy” feature from AMSOnline.
We’re in the process of renovating that feature, BUT I have a cool solution for you.
We have a selection of HTML email templates that you can use in all the email editors with the “Source” option.
I’ll have one of the team give you a buzz, and show you how to use these!

KeymasterDone!

You can also search by phone number, a “part” of a phone number or email or name or address etc!!!
Very Cool!!

KeymasterCheck your school website.
We’ve added a social network auto poster function.
We’ll also be integrating through email shortly.
Let me know if you need any help with this!

KeymasterWe’ve added a common set of actions to “all” the action menus, and some added features where it makes sense.
Let me know if you see other areas/menus that you see that could use some love.
Thanks!

KeymasterThis is now in Production!
Visit the “My Day” feature on the dashboard and you can print your appointments (including the notes).
We’re going to add the date range feature in a future build as well!
Thanks!

KeymasterLooks like this feature has a good few votes.
We have it in our development roadmap….can’t give you a timeline yet, but I’ll let you know!
Thanks!!
Keep the great ideas coming!

KeymasterWe have some more tools to help you get this “list”.
Take a look at the “new” Student (Beta) List. You can sort and filter by “program” now, so you’ll be able to get this list pretty easily now.
We’re still working on creating a configurable system to “segment” revenue and stats by agreement type.

KeymasterText responses are back.
In addition, we’ve added the concept of “Conversations” to the texting widget.
In ADDITION, in the next release you’ll be able to “click” the phone number that a message came “in” from and send a message back.
Pretty cool!
