  • Directions (Based on information in School Setup)

Enhanced Calendar Interface

We’ve introduced a simplified and optimized interface for the Calendar. It’s easy to Create a new Task or new Appointment. Filter and configure your calendar to your liking.

All New Agenda View

Now you can view all of your calendar appointments, events, tasks, classes, and available appointments in a convenient list format. This makes creating to-do lists and agendas easier than ever. Advanced filtering capabilities helps you mold the list to your liking. Here are the ways your can filter the list broken down by type:

• Appointments
  • Confirmed
  • Showed
  • Trial
  • Organizer
• Tasks
  • Task Status
  • Created By
  • Assigned To
• Classes
  • Class Name
  • Instructor
• Available Appointments
  • Availability

Once you have customized your Agenda List, you can easily print or even export to Excel.
