Release Notes – Atlas – Version v12.0.2

New Stuff

• We have added the ability to create custom prospect generating web forms.  Using these forms you can add them to your website to automatically generate prospects in ATLAS.
• We greatly improved the emailing system to allow true HTML email.  You can add images, templates and generate very compelling emails.
• Based on feedback from you our customer we updated the Check-In tool to be easier to use.

Features and Enhancements

• On the agreement form you could only select one program for all the students.  Now you can select a different program for any student.
• When upgrading an agreement with students that were already on the agreement there was no way to remove them.  This has been resolved.
• There was an issue where the Phone Sheet would not always reflect your Schools Name.  This has been resolved.
• There was an issue where the Email Button on the Student Profile Page would not properly reflect whether a student has entered a valid email address. This has been resolved.
• There was an issue with saving the draft agreements would not keep the Program, Style and Ranking information.  This has been resolved.
• There was an issue in the School Setup section where changing the Country would not always work properly.  This has been resolved.
• There was an issue in the Promote Page with the Attendance Filter not working correctly.  This has been fixed.
• When doing new agreement sometimes there would the a remark to have AMS take the down payment when you selected In-School down payment.  This has been resolved.
• On occasion entering an Canadian Postal Code would not work correctly.  This has been resolved.
• Sometimes in the Agreements List there were agreements that were flagged as being Sent To AMS when in fact they were not.  This has been resolved.
• In certain situations the agreement form would remove the decimal point when trying to enter currency information.  This has been resolved.
• In the Profile sections the address and some of the other indicators when not enabled appeared to act like a valid button.  This has been resolved.
