Attendance Summary – Style Filter
A new Style filter has been added to the Attendance Summary Report, allowing schools to analyze attendance by specific programs or disciplines.
This makes it easier to identify participation trends, plan schedules, and allocate instructors effectively.
Attach Waiver PDF to Person Record
Schools can now digitally capture and store signed waivers directly on each person’s record.
Customizable waiver fields and digital signature capture streamline onboarding while ensuring records remain securely accessible.
Money Magnet Enhancements
Money Magnet has received multiple updates to expand its functionality and security:

Recurring Memberships: Schools can now sell full recurring memberships online, not just trials.

Free Trials with Signature Capture: Added support for $0 trial waivers requiring digital signatures for consent.

Anti-Spam Measures: Implemented HoneyPot validation and made CVC codes mandatory to prevent fraudulent submissions.

Money Magnet in Collection Type: Added Money Magnet as a valid option in Collection Type for better filtering and reporting.
Merge Duplicate Prospect Records
Introduced the ability to merge duplicate prospect records to maintain cleaner lead data.
This feature consolidates notes, calls, and appointments into a single profile, improving lead tracking accuracy and report consistency.
Automation: “New Trial Appointment Created”
Fixed automation behavior to ensure “New Trial Appointment Created” triggers only for Trial-type appointments and Prospect records.
Prevents onboarding emails from being incorrectly sent to active members or unrelated appointment types.
Webform API – JSON Response Codes
The PR-1 Webform API now returns JSON response codes with clear success/error messages, replacing HTML page responses.
This allows integrations (like Facebook Lead Ads and webform scripts) to automatically detect and handle submission outcomes.
