  Can Wild Cards be made to work with general saved e-mails through the Comm Hub? I would like to be able to create e-mail templates with a Wild Card which looks at the “To” box for the information or Looks Up the Student or Buyer name along with other available Wild Cards contained in the Student or Buyer information.

  These wildcards are available in several areas…..I’m going to have one of the team give you a buzz, and show you where they live….and see if that solves this for you.

  Where can I go to set up custom wild card fields or merge them in my automation emails?

  You can set up the custom fields in the “School Set Up” section.
  
  (Left Navigation -> SetUp ->School SetUp -> Right Column, About Half Way Down the Page is “Defaults” -> Custom Labels)
  
  There you can define (currently 3, but in the future MANY more) Custom Labels (Fields).
  
  Now, as of “today” there is not a way to use them in Automation Emails (yet).
  
  We’re working on a BIG Marketing Auto/Comm Hub renovation right now that will allow these fields to be available, and add a TON more configureability to the Comm ‘area’.
  
  Please stand by…I’ll keep you in the loop on it’s development!
