      Can automation be setup to send an email prior to trigger date

      IE Member expiration date – email sent x days prior to expiration date

      You’re right on the money!

      Yes….For Appointment reminders in the “Prospect Appointment” sequences, you schedule the steps “days prior” to the event. (ie. Appointment Reminders). (You’ll see the description in the step set up area)

      Now, as we move forward, we’ll also be adding “Agreement” based sequences where you’ll be able to trigger sequence steps before and after dates on the agreement……currently, that is not yet in place.

      These type of “Agreement” based trigger are on our Development Roadmap!
