Unable to charge customer account within 15 minute period

  I had an issue where a customer wanted to pay for the whole year but needed to put it on two separate cards. I ran the first card with no issue but then on the second card it was rejected saying that I was unable to charge the customer twice within a 15 minute period. This was ridiculous. I had to tell the customer to wait 15 minutes before I could charge his other card. I can understand if this was the same card and that it was there to stop accidental double charges, but these were two separate cards. This rule should be lifted in order to accommodate using more than one card to pay.

  This is NOT expected behavior.
  
  There IS a ‘cool down’ period for charging the “Same” credit card within a few minutes, but f these are “different” credit cards, there should be NO timeout at all.
  
  I’ll have the team reach out to you and figure out what’s going on!
