I used the phone sheet to enter an appointment in. Atlas sent the reminders out but it also sent an email thanking the person for the call and that they didn’t make an appointment yet to call and do so. I am not sure why that happened since the appointment was previously entered in. Is there a way to choose who gets what automated emails?
I’d be happy to look into this for you and come up with a solution that is a best fit for your school.

Hi Jose,
I’m not sure what you mean by “Automation name”. The program interested in was the Shaolin program. I can email you person’s name and if you go to her timeline you can see what was sent to her. After I entered the appointment in on the 20th the system sent her two “Did I Miss Your Call” emails in addition to the two appointment reminders I have the automated system scheduled to send.
