Agreements with "UBill" collection type not showing in UBill

  I’ve had a few contract agreements that have UBill selected as the collection type, but do not show up in UBill.
  
  I know I can fix it by doing an agreement upgrade (which I did the first time), but was wondering why this is an issue? I don’t want to post customer data on this forum, if someone could email me to discuss further, that would be great.

  Ok thanks. I have spoken with Mandy and she is working with some tech people I believe so I think this can be shut down if they’re looking into it.

  Im still having this issue we are discovering other agreements in the same situation. Is there any reason this is happening? We missed 2 months of tuition for this person and im not sure if there are others.
