I have logged into your school and used the People Search in the top left. This is bringing up people for me. I tried a few permutations and couldn’t get the number.
Perhaps I am missing something though. Please try clearing your cache in your browser and reload the page.

Only the person intended to receive the appointment reminder actually received the email.
It only appeared as if it was sent to a number of people, but it actually wasn’t.
The visual problem has been fixed and again, I apologize for the confusion.

I do have one possible solution. You have the ability to create custom tags and then apply that tag to any number of people in your people list. Therefore, you could make a Nurture tag and apply it to the group of prospects and students you are referring to. Then filter by who has that tag. You can even save the View, ex: Nurture View, and then reference the view with a single click. Then you’ll be able to select all the people with the Nurture tag and send them a text or email.
If you need help getting through the steps I outlined above please email me techsupport@ourams.com with your school code and I’ll have a representative reach out to walk you through.
