ParticipantHi sir,
I see what you are saying. However, automatically changing the payment to correct for miscalculations could prove problematic. For instance, in your example your desired monthly payment (and presumably the agreed upon amount) was 188.63. If the system were to autocorrect that to 188.64 and the client wasn’t notified for some reason they would believe they were overcharged. It would also raise the total to 2075.40. Doesn’t seem like a lot, but could cause some legal issues.
There is a potential solution that we are currently engineering that would alleviate this problem and prevent the potential legal issues. We’ll reach out when there is progress on this solution.

ParticipantHi Sir,
Great suggestion for a “wallet” type object that tracks multiple forms of payment. This feature is in the pipeline for development.
I’m a little unclear on your last question regarding Paid in Full(PIF) UBill accounts. When you create a UBill account and choose PIF, then go to the proshop and make a purchase. You are able to select the CC used during the creation of the agreement. Is that your question?

ParticipantHi sir,
The Ranks/Credits option in the Actions menu is to add to the students current amount (that are shown on the right side of the list). If you add to their weeks and/or classes and exit the model you’ll see the changes updated on the list.
Any other question please feel free to ask!

ParticipantI think it is best if we setup a screen sharing time. This way we can see what the problem is. Please call 18002751600 and make an appointment with Daniel.

ParticipantSir,
I went through both your school and the one of our demo schools to try and recreate this, but I am unable to. Is there a specific person this is happening to?

October 11, 2017 at 5:30 PM in reply to: Dashboard shows agreements as expired when they are renewed #1366Jose Rodriguez
ParticipantSir,
I think there may be a slight confusion of how renew works. When you renew an agreement it keeps the existing agreement and creates a new one. IE: Johnny is on a current agreement that expires in a week. If the parents of Johnny come in and do not want to wait until the agreement is expired, then you do a Renew. This allows the current agreement to stay active until the new agreement kicks in, in this case, a week later.
If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.
Have a great Wednesday afternoon.
