    Hey Mike!

    Thanks for the feedback on the filters. We like ’em too.

    Yep, we’re going to be updating the “Profile” pages in the near term.

    Page Selector:
    Are you describing the “Student” List??
    If so, the page selector is on the top as well…..right above the Header Labels.
    If you’re describing another list (ie. Buyers, Prospects etc….) We’re going to be updating “all” the lists with the new system very soon as well.

     

    Seems like we’re almost always thinking alike!

    It’s a little confusing….we’re always looking for ways to simplify this process.

    Essentially, if you choose “Delete Agreement” you are deleting the agreement, but “IF” the Buyer is NOT on any other agreements, they will NOT be a “Student” or “Buyer” any more, so we move them to a “Prospect” for you.

    Does that help??

    If you use the ‘fully qualified’ domain you should be ok.

    ie. “http://www.YourSite.com”

    There are actually 2 separate forums.

    You’ll see that there is a “Feature Request” forum (this one), and a “Technical Support” forum.

    You may want to categorize appropriately.

    I can’t give you a concrete timeline, but we’re certainly going to be doing that.

    The new “note” feature is now LIVE!

    You’ll see a “Sate” column as well as a quick preview of the note.

    I think this addresses what you were describing!

    The “Transaction List” (version 1) is LIVE now.

    Please take a look and let me know what you think.

    You can customize the columns and filters (etc) and save them in whatever state you like.

    You’re right on the money!

    Yes….For Appointment reminders in the “Prospect Appointment” sequences, you schedule the steps “days prior” to the event. (ie. Appointment Reminders). (You’ll see the description in the step set up area)

    Now, as we move forward, we’ll also be adding “Agreement” based sequences where you’ll be able to trigger sequence steps before and after dates on the agreement……currently, that is not yet in place.

    These type of “Agreement” based trigger are on our Development Roadmap!

    We’re going to be including the person’s email history etc in the user profile soon.

    Currently, you can view that info in the “comm hub” (a legacy feature), but we’re going to be integrating that into the person record as well.

    We’re actually working on an all new “agreement form” that works much like what you’re describing.

    Integrating it to the ProShop is also on the roadmap for that feature.

    I’ll keep you in the loop on where we are with that!

    Yeah…that’s a good suggestion.

    We’re looking at a more consolidated task list widget. I think it’s the type of thing you’re looking for.
