    Hi There!

    This is a great feature that is already in ATLAS!

    Go to the Student List, and click the student’s “Timeline”. (You can find the “Timeline” button in the List AND in the Student Profile Page!)

    There, you can sort ‘events’ in that students’ history, like promotions, emails sent, sms messages sent etc etc!

    Hi Sir!

    Our dev team has looked at your case, and it seems that you may be choosing a “Style” that has had the “Program” associated – Deleted.

    2 Easy solutions….

    Go to your recycle bin, and “restore” the Program. (But I’m assuming  you deleted it for a reason)

    Or go to the new program that you want to use (in School Set Up), edit the program and select the “Style” you want to be associated from the dropdown.

    You can set up the custom fields in the “School Set Up” section.

    (Left Navigation -> SetUp ->School SetUp -> Right Column, About Half Way Down the Page is “Defaults” -> Custom Labels)

    There you can define (currently 3, but in the future MANY more) Custom Labels (Fields).

    Now, as of “today” there is not a way to use them in Automation Emails (yet).

    We’re working on a BIG Marketing Auto/Comm Hub renovation right now that will allow these fields to be available, and add a TON more configureability to the Comm ‘area’.

    Please stand by…I’ll keep you in the loop on it’s development!

    Hi Sir!

    Thanks for the feedback.

    We’ll definitely put this feature request on the roadmap.

    We currently don’t have an import feature for sales/transaction, because our system assigns sales to “products” and people, which would require all those datapoints to ‘match’ and updating many pieces of data at the same time.

    We’ll certainly put in in the “hopper” and have the team take a look!

    You MIGHT consider, as a work around, entering a few “totals” as new sales to get your numbers ‘right’, depending on how granular you need your reports to be.

    There is a ‘search’ box on the front page that searches “all” the content.

    Hmmm…..I’m not seeing exactly “where” you’re encountering this.

    Can you walk me though the “clicks” that you’re making to get to this screen, or perhaps take a screenshot??
