KeymasterI think I’m following…wouldn’t the “Use Existing Buyer” or “Use Existing Student” accomplish this?

KeymasterHmmm….to display a description.
Perhaps there is a place we can put a description.
We’ve tended to shy away from “hover” notifications because they don’t really work on “touch” devices (ie. iPads etc….), but perhaps we can squeeze in a description on the tile somewhere.
I’ll submit as a FR.
(I know we’ve discussed putting a thumbnail picture of the item in the POS as well).

When you’re completing an agreement, you can use the button that says “Use Existing Buyer” (or student, or prospect)….but I’m guessing that might not be precisely what you mean here.
Are you describing using the ‘same’ address (etc) for multiple family members on the same agreement?
If so…..there is a button by the “address” field that you can click that will populate the Buyers’ address info into any number of students.
Does this solve what you’re describing??

The “Notification” system in now in production.
You have send “yourself” a message whenever a message goes to a prospect.
I know that’s NOT the answer to this specific question, but a useful tool none the less.
I’ll let you know when the email reporting mechanizms are advanced.

I’m not exactly sure what you’re describing here?
Are you describing the “Global” People look up on the top left of the application?

As I’m sure you’re aware, it looks like the Merchant “Warning” message issue, was just an error with the actual “Warning” message…not the actual merchant processing.
So no payments were missed etc…..just an annoying error message.
The issue with the message is now resolved, and all is well.

We’re looking into the Merchant issue.
I’ll have one of the team give you a call and walk you through the TimeKeeper issue. It’s likely that you’re browser updated, and it’s blocking Flash. You have to ‘re-enable’ flash for that component.

We’re converting the CommHub into the new ATLAS application as we speak, and it will include an all new templating system.
