We’re looking into the Merchant issue.
I’ll have one of the team give you a call and walk you through the TimeKeeper issue. It’s likely that you’re browser updated, and it’s blocking Flash. You have to ‘re-enable’ flash for that component.

As I’m sure you’re aware, it looks like the Merchant “Warning” message issue, was just an error with the actual “Warning” message…not the actual merchant processing.
So no payments were missed etc…..just an annoying error message.
The issue with the message is now resolved, and all is well.
