Introduction

The entire team from AMS / ATLAS is proud to welcome you to the latest build for ATLAS. This release includes a number of enhancements and tweaks, many of which were requested by YOU, our fellow school owner users! We hope you love the new changes and as always, any feedback is welcome!

Agreement List, Preview and Printing Enhancements

1. Upon user request, we’ve now added the Buyer email address to the printed agreement in ATLAS.
2. We’ve also added many more data points to the agreement “preview”, including the agreement ‘type’ (Regular, Trial or AMS Kids), Style, Program, and more!
3. We’ve also updated the agreement “terms” editor, to give a more consistent page layout, font size and spacing. Some clients noticed some strange formatting, especially when pasting their terms and conditions from MS Word. While we recommend that you NOT paste directly from MS Word, these new enhancements will make for a more consistent layout.
4. We’ve also added several new columns and filters to the Agreement list, including the payment method type (ACH, CCD, CPN, etc). This will make it easier to search, sort, and filter by these datapoints.

New Attendance Visualization and Sorting on Person Profile Page

You can now search and graph a students attendance, making it easy for you to get a ‘top down’ view of their attendance history. A great tool to drill into your student retention!

 

Enhanced Account Picker for Sending eRequests to AMS Full Service Billing

This one was ALSO a GREAT user request!

We’ve made it easier than ever to ‘choose’ which account/agreement you are referencing in your eRequests. This is especially useful for our larger schools who have many hundreds of agreements to ‘sort’ through when searching for the right agreement. This is going to help a lot!

 

Printing ID Cards, Labels and More!

Printing IDs just became easier.

We now support new ID card (credit card sized) labels, and your ability to conserve (not ‘waste’) label sheets in the process. Check out the new options in the People List -> Actions -> Print Actions

uBill Permission Expansion

School owners can now more granularly control what, if any, lists, features and reports that any given staff member can ‘see’ or have access to. Check this out in the staff “Permission” settings, in each staff members person record.

Phone Sheet – Create New Advertising Sources “In Line”

Now,  you can create new advertising sources WHILE you enter a new prospect in the phone sheet! Check it out, you’re going to love it!
