I noticed your ticket logged “Windows XP” as your operating system. Can you confirm if this is accurate, or if you are on a more current version of Windows (such as Windows 10 or 11)?
If you are on Windows 10 or 11: Please verify that your Google Chrome browser is updated to the most recent version, clear your browser cache, and retest the People List dropdowns.
If you are currently using Windows XP: Please be advised that modern web browsers ceased supporting Windows XP several years ago. To utilize our platform and ensure your data remains secure, you will need to access the site from a device running an actively supported operating system.
Let us know which OS you are currently running, and if a Chrome update resolves the issue for you on a modern machine.
