If you are experiencing a prolonged “Spinning Wheel”, or “frozen” screen condition, a good troubleshooting practice, is to “Refresh” your browser, and try the same action that caused the condition again.
MANY times, this refresh will solve whatever issue was causing the “hang”.
If however, you refresh and get the error again, please call our support team, or post on the support forum…this may indicate an error.
